Do I need an account to place an order?
You are welcome to browse and check out as a guest, but an account lets you check out faster and look back at your order history. Select Create Account to get started.
How do I reset my password?
From the login form, choose Forgot your password? and enter the email address linked to your account. We will email you a link to update your password.
How long does it take for my order to be made?
All orders have a turnaround time of 25–30 business days. Since items are handmade and often custom, every order is crafted with care before it ships.
Can I request a custom item?
Absolutely. One-of-a-kind items are our favorite to make. If you have a picture of a custom piece you would like for an event, reach out to us on Facebook or Instagram.
