Does signing up cost anything?
Not at all. Opening an account is completely free — simply enter your first name, last name, email address, and a password to begin.
What information is required to register?
Just a working email address and a password. We ask for your name so we know how to address you when we follow up about an order or a custom request.
Can I order without an account?
Yes — guest checkout is always available. Having an account just stores your details for future visits and lets you look back at your previous orders in one spot.
How can I ask for a custom piece?
One-of-a-kind creations are our favorite. If you have a picture of a custom item you would like for an event, send it our way — message us through the Facebook or Instagram links in the footer and we will reply.
What is the turnaround time for orders?
All orders take 25–30 business days to complete, as shown in the announcement bar at the top of the site.

Head to the log in page and enter the email address and password you chose when you signed up.
